Delivery to room of choice

The customer is responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture can safely fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, and access routes. Please check product dimensions before purchase. If measurements are not listed on the website, customers must request approximate dimensions via email prior to ordering. If a mattress cannot fit into the property or intended room, no refund will be issued and returns will not be accepted.

2. Customer Assistance

Delivery drivers are not usually accompanied by an additional helper. Depending on the size, weight, and delivery environment, customers may be required to assist with the delivery. In such cases, neither the company nor the driver accepts responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur.

3. Safety and Obstructions

The delivery driver may refuse to enter a property if the access route is considered unsafe or obstructed. Where possible, delivery may instead be completed to an alternative safe room.

4. Damage Waiver

If a customer insists that an item be taken through a restricted or risky access route after receiving a warning, the customer may be required to sign a waiver releasing the courier from liability for any resulting property damage.

5. Service Limitations

Delivery drivers will not remove doors, windows, or fixtures. Stair access may be limited.

6. Preparation Requirements

Customers must ensure pathways are clear, fragile items are moved, and flooring is protected prior to delivery. Damage claims relating to unprotected floors may not be accepted.

7. Postcode Exclusions

Room of choice delivery may not be available in certain remote postcode areas (including Highlands and Islands) or for specific bulky or palletised items. If unsure please email us to get further details. 

8. Assembly

This service covers delivery to the selected room only. Assembly or installation is not included. Any packaging which accompanies the product will not be removed or disposed of within this facility.

9. Excluded Items

Mattresses sized 6ft Super King and larger are excluded from the room of choice delivery service.

10. Driver Discretion

The delivery driver reserves the right to refuse room of choice delivery at their discretion. In such cases, any fee paid specifically for the room of choice service will be refunded.
