Skye is supplied in a vacum packed bag and requires opening in a good ventilated room.  The mattress will regain its full height within 4-6 hours and it is not unusual for the mattress to have a slight odour as it has been vacum packed.

We encourage you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights, as it can take time for your body to adjust. If, after 30 nights, it’s not feeling quite right, simply get in touch — we’ll be happy to swap it for you.
